 1a. Returns

Term 1 – Standard Physical Products (excluding Fine Art) Items Return, Refunds, Exchanges:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, as each order placed is custom made for every single customer after the order is received. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size or if they have changed their mind. (You can view the sizing chart on each of the product pages and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering.) We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective/damaged/misprinted.

Once you have clicked on the “complete order” button, unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us via email agaiaart@andrewgaia.com as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Andrew Gaia Design Shop operates with Printful, a custom print fulfillment service. It is the Customer’s responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. Unfortunately, in such case Printful will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product. But we will help you to resolve the issue, simply contact us.

Term 2 – Fine Art Returns Permitted:

We accept fine art returns for refunds, with certain conditions. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, or no longer like the art.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return refund. If you are entitled to a return and refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If we determine that the return is not warranted, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. But if their is an issue with a fine art order, please contact us.

 1b. Refunds

Damaged Items / Defective Print:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address for printed items is set by default to the Printful facility.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

For Fine Art Retruns and Refunds, You can send the item you consider defective to:

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

2. Exchanges (Same Rules as Returns in most Cases)

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at https://andrewgaia.com/contact/ with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

3. Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: [None]

4. Shipping Policy

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 3-5 business days

Canada: 5-10 business days

World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-5 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
