It amazes me how the light beaming through beautifully blue skies can create such a surreal experience. In PA, we see these farm landscapes all the time, but do we ever stop to think about how truly beautiful they are in aesthetic and their deeper meaning? Well when the natural light of the day grabs your attention, like it did to me on this day, I knew it was a moment to be held. So, I painted this oil art work to make sure that I always remember the beauty of life unfolding before me, no matter how "normal" the scene may appear with the categorical mind.
Whenever I look into this oil painting I feel as though its shinning a light into the importance of simplicity and pure joy that comes from a life truly here in the world. We all get so caught up in drama and extreme emotion that we instantly discard what may be directly in front of us.
