My Book
So about 20 years ago I was presented the gift of change. I spent a good deal of my life before then in a very different pattern and rythm that no longer suited me and had become toxic. Not only was my life toxic, but I felt it dripping into my soul. I was scared, I was alone, I was unstable, I was…. a mess. But, by some strange luck/blessing/twist of fate, I found myself with a new path open to me. I had to walk through fire to get their, but in burning away what I had been, the world opened to me with something new. Because of this I found others who inspired good things in me and allowed me the space to become who I never really thought I could be. Buuuuuut, while going through this change I reflected quite often on my new thoughts of the world and just so happen to write them down. I have about 100 of them, and they all reflect a certain period of that breaking down of what I thought and what I was experiencing. I thought, why not share a few here…..been a long time since I have even seen them lol.
#71 Once you realize what life really is, the tools are no longer used to find it, but instead, they are used to clear the clutter that block you from experiencing it.
#59 Impulses vs intuitive calling can be misinterpreted and misconstrued. When one involves the mind to an ultimate degree, & without the guidance of presence, the fear of our mind will eliminate intuitive or present calling. Impulse arrises as a strong quick desire for anything in the illusion that might be imagined as happiness. Meaning when impulse is activated, the mind takes over with fear before presence can see the truth. The issue is the minds false belief that its relief is the ultimate happiness. But the mind itself is what creates the strain. Intuitive calling occurs when their is a pull, much like egoic desire, but instead of lack and fear, it is inspired with joy and growth. Intuitive callings aim us in a direction, but always start and continue with an option. Impulse will try to sneak by, but a calling will make itself aware. Intuition wants one to know if its existence and can be seen if one only looks with an open mind. Intuition will always be helpful and will lead to positive outcomes, even when the mind gets a hold of it and adds the weight of fear. The amount of fear by the mind does not ever totally consume the long lasting good of intuitive present calling. Impulssive thought plays in fear, intuitive thought plays in ease.
Bring awareness into both impulse and intuitive thought and see them for the truth of what they are. Hold ones presence and action brought through awareness will live out the action in lifes fullest embrace.

40. Do not feel the need to label anything. In labeling attachment is born. The second a label is formed the description of the label is changed. Change is always, and it cannot be stopped with labels. As the words continues on this page, in the mind, and through the universe, its meanings are changing. When read in one moment, a reaction is granted, when read in another, a totally different reaction is formed. Do not feel that this is confusion or dishonesty to ones self. This is proof of the ever growing force withing us all. Allow this change to be present within and its powers will manifest new wonderful worlds constantly. Then the flow of spirit will always be a source, and rightly seen at its place in our personal journey.
42. The mind has been conditioned to take the pure unlimited self, and fit it to the limitations of itself. It takes what is whole, then slices off the depth & essence in order to fit its own limited conception. Know this, the mind limits all intake vastly to attach itself to a false knowing. Witness its attempts to do this and liberation from its confines will be truth. This is a new, unfoundless, unlimited truth that goes far beyond and within all aspects of being. Belief of what is “possible” only limits what is already truely present in the ones existence.
1. As the world warms in the sun, the power of life is shown. A rock seems more powerful than the silent stream, but it is the stream that cuts through the stone. Its effort is nearly silent, often relaxing, but its ability is unsurpased. Its strength is not with rigidity, but in gentleness is where its true power is found.
